Graduation Requirements
To be considered a candidate for graduation, all students must file a graduation application with the Office of Academic Records and Registration no later than the published date (below). Failing to apply by the deadline may delay graduation to a subsequent semester.
In order to get your graduation/certificate application processed successfully, please read the information below.
1. All Regis University forms must be downloaded using Adobe Reader. Please first download this free application before attempting to fill out our forms.
2. ATTENTION MAC USERS: We are very sorry but at this time our system is not compatible with MAC computers. If you have access to a PC, please submit your form using a PC; otherwise, you must do one of the following to submit your graduation application (both of which require Adobe Reader.):
- Email an attached or scanned PDF to enrolsvc@regis.edu (this email is for receiving grad apps only and not to be used for commencement questions)
- Fax a copy of your completed graduation application to 303.964.5449.
3. Submit only ONE graduation application per degree and certificate. You will know your application has been successfully submitted when you receive a brief thank-you at the end.
4. At peak times it will take two to three weeks for your application to be processed by the commencement department, at which time you will receive an email confirmation via your Regis email account. We appreciate your patience. Please do not contact the commencement department to confirm your graduation application; your email confirmation is your validation.
5. If there are any issues with the anticipated graduation date that is submitted, your advisor will contact you. Any questions concerning your eligibility for gradation are handled through your advisor.
6. Please note that it takes up to 12 weeks after your graduation date to receive your diploma in the mail.
GRADUATION APPLICATION DEADLINES

Incomplete grades, late application for graduation, or late receipt of transfer credit or score reports may result in the degree being awarded in a later semester.
