Career Services is dedicated to empowering students and alumni to make informed career decisions and develop the skills necessary to establish and pursue career goals that will lead to career fulfillment and success. We also serve as the link to our students and alumni for career resources in the business, nonprofit and government communities.
Brent Vogel, Interim Director
Brent Vogel joined Regis University in 2009 from Buffalo, NY, where he received a Master’s Degree from Canisius College in College Student Personnel Administration. Brent has worked at several institutions for various Student Life departments, including Residence Life at Regis University, the Career Development Center at Hilbert College in Buffalo, NY, Residence Life for Canisius College and the Office of Athletics, Academic & Student Development Services at the University at Buffalo. At every position, Brent has gained experience working closely with college students to develop and prepare them for campus life and beyond.
Since joining Career Services at Regis, Brent has established programs targeting sophomores and student-athletes, in order to promote career and leadership development among those student populations. Also, in 2013 Brent earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Regis.
Karen Adducci, Employer Relations Developer/Career Counselor
Karen Adducci joined the staff of Regis University Career Services as the Employer Relations Developer in January 2006 and began work as a Career Counselor in 2015. Karen has been employed at Regis for over 10 years and has been involved in a variety of activities on campus, including the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Regis and completed her Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership in May 2006.
Katie McCue, Career Counselor
Katie McCue joined the staff of Career Services in 2015 as a Career Counselor. Katie received her Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado. She worked as a Career Counselor at Colorado State University where she also received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. As a Career Counselor, Katie strives to foster growth and lasting relationships between students, alumni and employers. She has a desire to work in Career Services, and greatly appreciates the commitment to service and academic excellence provided at Regis University.
J. Todd Pigg, Career Counselor
Todd Pigg joined Regis University’s Career Services in 2015 after 5 years as a Career Counselor serving students, refugees, and those with disabilities. Before life as a counselor, he taught English and career workshops for 10 years in Japan, South Korea, the Czech Republic, and the U. S.
Todd has a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas. He believes in the service-oriented philosophy of Regis and adheres to it while working with university students and alumni on their diverse career paths.
Sarah Smith, Career Counselor
Sarah Smith joined Regis University Career Services in 2015 as a Career Counselor. Sarah has spent the past 5 years providing career counseling to military service members and their spouses as they transitioned from the U.S. Army. Sarah has previously worked at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs' Career Center as a Career Counselor, and also at the University's Counseling Center as a Therapist.
Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. She has a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University where she majored in Psychology with concentration in Psychology of Leadership, and a minor in Spanish.
Sarah enjoys helping students and alumni with their career development paths by challenging and empowering them to find commitment and happiness in their work.
Lori Miller, Administrative Coordinator
Lori Miller joined the staff of Career Services in May 2014. A Colorado native and a proud alumna of Regis University, Lori graduated in 1990 with a B.A. in Communications & Public Relations and a B.A. in Sociology. She later earned her Teaching Certificate and M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction from University of Colorado, Denver. Lori is proud to be working for her Alma Mater, and strives every day to emulate the Jesuit mission in her work, and in her life.

The Career Services office has moved from the Coors Life Directions Center to Clarke Hall, room 214 on the Northwest Denver campus.

Closed from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
