Inner Passages Meditation Classes: Mondays and Thursdays 12:45 - 1:15 p.m. in Newland Prayer Room. Contact Anna Floyd for more information.

  • Inner Passages is a drop-in meditation and contemplation group that meets on the Northwest Denver campus at Regis University. The group is open to anyone and everyone interested in learning about meditation, and inclusive of all levels and types of experience. Each week, they explore different types of practice, pulling from both different faith traditions as well as secular practices. Classes are offered during the school year and the schedule can be found on the website.
Mental Health Month: May is Mental Health Month. Regis Neighborhood Health will be offering programs to support your mental health and increase your awareness of the importance of mental health for your overall wellness. Stay tuned for more information on activities that will be happening on campus.
