Continue Your Regis Education at Little Cost

Regis University graduates are invited to continue their education through the Alumni Audit Program. Regis alumni are eligible to take courses on a non-credit, space-available basis for $100 per course. Please review the Alumni Audit FAQ below before registering for a class.

Alumni Audit FAQ

Am I eligible to audit a class?

Alumni Audit participants must have a degree from Regis University, RHCHP, CPS or Loretto Heights College to enroll in the program. Participants may only audit classes from the College and degree program from which they graduated.

How do I find a class?

1. Visit Webadvisor.

2. Click on “Students” in left (blue) column. 

3. Scroll down to bottom right corner, under Registration, and click on “Search for Sections.” 

4. Click the pull-down arrow next to the “Term” box to select desired term, then scroll to bottom of page and click the pull-down arrow next to the “Location” box to select desired campus. 

5. Press “Submit.” 

6. A list of classes and information will appear. For detail on a given class, double-click on the course title. Use this information to complete your registration form.

How do I register for a class?

  • To audit a class offered through the College for Professional Studies (CPS), you must register through the Enrollment Services department. Please email your registration form and payment to alumniaudit@regis.edu or fax it to 970.613.2201.
  • To audit a class offered through Regis College or the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions, you must register through the Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement. Please mail your registration form and payment to:

  • Failure to register through one of the two offices listed above may result in a full tuition charge.

How much does it cost to audit a class?

The class audit fee is $100 per course audited. No refunds will be made after the second meeting of the course.

When is the registration deadline?

The registration form and fee ($100) must be received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the class requested in order to be eligible. Courses are offered on a space-available and instructor approval basis. You will receive confirmation of your registration via Email. Audits are not available for courses that are full, closed or waitlisted.

Can I audit an online class?

Online classes are not available for audit.

How many classes am I allowed to audit?

You may audit as many classes as you wish.

Can I request a transcript of an audited class?

Transcripts of classes taken through the Alumni Audit Program are not available.
