Sponsored by the WELL Center in the College of Business and Economics at Regis University and the Gender and Women’s Studies Program

Please note our location change: Claver Hall - Recital Hall

We invite you to attend our inaugural Women and Leadership Conference at Regis University. We plan to leverage on our expertise and open a dialogue to explore the current challenges that women face and opportunities for change. We will cover issues like pay gap, achievement gap, non-linear careers and ambition. We will look at the role society at large and our institutions play, what is the playbook for businesses and what can we do as individuals to lead change.

While women have made progress compared to the 1950s, the progress has been painfully slow since the 1990s. We need to take on the challenge and build a world where everyone can succeed.

This conference aligns with our Regis University mission to change and improve society. By educating the community about topics like these, we create conversations and action to improve injustices. It aligns with the mission of the College of Business and Economics pursuit of solutions to complex challenges. The issues we will discuss cut across society, organizations and individuals, with complex interactions.

We hope you will leave having a better understanding of the issues and with a plan of action. Our goals are to inform you and discuss these challenges and opportunities so that you can be empowered in your life to make a difference.

Please join us on March 25, in the Claver Hall Recital Hall.
