Since 2007, CC&IS has been designated as a National Center of Excellence in Information Assurance Education by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

 ABET Accredited

ABET-Accredited Programs

CC&IS undergraduate programs in Computer Science Computer Information Systems, and Information Technology are ABET accredited. They are the all offered in multiple formats meeting the needs of multiple student populations. In addition to classroom, are also offered 100% online (www.abet.org/online-programs/).

ABET is the recognized accreditor for college and university programs in applied science, computing, engineering and technology. Among the most respected accreditation organizations in the United States, ABET accredits over 3,100 programs at more than 600 colleges and universities worldwide.

Pioneer in Health Information Management

Regis University's Bachelor's in HIM is one of the oldest HIM programs in the country and has RHIA pass rated that exceed the national pass rate at 80%, and retention rates and job placement rates are each above 90%.
