The skill to constructively manage the inevitable conflicts that arise in the workplace is much in demand in today's world. The undergraduate academic certificate in Conflict Management helps managers in any industry, professionals employed in human resources and customer service departments, nonprofit organizations, community and church groups, or industries undergoing changes develop a basic set of conflict-management skills. Those who wish to become conflict management practitioners can use this certificate as a base from which to take further coursework.

  • No official transcripts are necessary. The writing skills placement essay is not required.
