What to expect after applying to Regis

Congratulations! You just took the first step of applying to one of Colorado’s best schools and one of the top universities in the West.

Remember, you’re not in this alone. Your Admissions Counselor, Academic Advisor, and Financial Aid Advisor are all here to help. If you have questions, call your Admissions Counselor to keep things moving.

Here are your next steps:

STEP 1: Check Your Application Status

Once you’ve submitted all the necessary items to process your application, it can take up to one week to review your application. Contact your admissions counselor to check the status of your application if you have not heard from them after one week of submitting all of your documents.

STEP 2: Financial Aid

We are interested in you, your potential, and your future — not your ability to pay. For U.S. citizens or permanent residents, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required to apply for federal financial aid, grants, and loans. If you have not done so already, be sure to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to get the most out of potential grants and loans. Our school code is 001363. Check out financial aid options here.

If you applied for financial aid but haven’t yet received your award packet, contact our Financial Aid Office at 303.458.4126 or 1.800.568.8932. If you’re not applying for federal aid through FAFSA, just let your Admissions Counselor know.

STEP 3: Submit Your Deposit (if applicable)

The following programs require a deposit:

  • Traditional full-time on campus day programs ($150)
  • Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing ($350)
  • CHOICE Bachelor of Science in Nursing ($350)
  • Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing ($350)
  • Doctor of Pharmacy ($500)

Contact your Admissions Counselor if you are not sure whether your program requires a deposit.

If your program does require a deposit, you may pay it online by following the links below, or call the Office of Admissions at 800.388.2366 ext. 4900 or 303.458.4900. The deposit is nonrefundable but will be applied to your first semester fees.

  • Once accepted into Regis College, the admissions office asks you to confirm your plans for enrollment with a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $150 and room reservation deposit of $150. If you plan to live off campus, the deposit is $150. Admissions deposits should be received by the Office of Admissions by May 1.
