For doctoral students, completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is highly encouraged for consideration for Colorado Graduate Grants and/or federal student loans. While not strictly required for all, it's a vital step to explore all financial aid options if out-of-pocket payment isn't feasible.
Similarly, graduate students seeking federal student loans must complete the FAFSA, and we strongly advise all graduate students to do so to ensure they have access to potential financial assistance.
