Yes, you’ll need to renew your FAFSA annually to remain eligible for aid. Don’t worry, we’re here to guide you through it every step of the way.

For doctoral students, completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is highly encouraged for consideration for Colorado Graduate Grants and/or federal student loans. While not strictly required for all, it's a vital step to explore all financial aid options if out-of-pocket payment isn't feasible.

Similarly, graduate students seeking federal student loans must complete the FAFSA, and we strongly advise all graduate students to do so to ensure they have access to potential financial assistance.

We will work with you to find all financial aid options available to you. Whether you’re a first-year, transfer, adult undergraduate, graduate, or international student, we do our best to provide support through scholarships, grants, loans and workstudy.
