Dean McPhail, RC ’84 After graduating from Regis College in 1984, I pursued a career as a franchisee of national brands including Starbucks, Jamba Juice and P.F. Chang’s. Now retired, I invest in start-up and early stage ventures, as well as spend time with family and friends. I have been blessed with a wonderful life that has been full of great business and personal gratification, much of which is a direct result of my experiences at Regis. I entered Regis as an “average” student and because of the individualized attention the school provides, I gained the knowledge and skills needed to succeed both in my personal and professional life. As my business career developed, I had the ability to positively impact others by sharing my time and money. Establishing an endowment fund for scholarships has allowed me to continue to be a part of the Regis community and help provide a quality education for young people who have the drive to learn but need financial assistance. Dean McPhail is one of the nearly 4,100 Regis University donors who made contributions and commitments in the 2014-15 fiscal-year totaling over $12 million. THANK YOU, Dean, and every member of the Regis community who gives back to Regis services, programs, scholarships and students each year.
