Sam Radovich, RC '74 Growing up, I wasn’t expected to graduate from high school, let alone attend college. But Regis saw potential in me and awarded me a baseball scholarship that allowed me to enroll. In 1974, I became the first person in my family to earn a college degree. I achieved my dream of being a teacher, and it all started at Regis. As a student-athlete, I learned the importance of goal-setting, teamwork, practice, sacrifice and, most importantly, service to others. These life lessons, along with my dedication to lifelong learning and professional growth, have proven to be essential throughout my career as an educator, mentor, father and grandfather. My wife, who is also a Regis graduate, and I, stay connected to the University by offering financial support through the Locker Legacy Program that provides funding for Regis athletic programs. We hope our support expands and improves educational experiences and helps Regis students become the best they can be. Sam Radovich is one of the nearly 4,100 Regis University donors who made contributions and commitments in the 2015-16 fiscal-year totaling over $7.1 million. THANK YOU, Sam, and every member of the Regis community who gives back to Regis services, programs, scholarships and students each year.
