Real People. Lasting Impact. Zach Tallie, RHCHP ’19 Zachary Taillie, a third-year student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, had his admissions interview and received his acceptance to Regis all while deployed to the Middle East with the United States Air Force. “Regis was flexible to my personal needs,” he said. Regis stayed committed to Taillie, even after the funds from his GI bill ran out before he could complete his degree. With the help of scholarships made possible by the Regis community of donors, he stayed enrolled and was able to afford an out-of-state rotation in Boston with a premier sports medicine group. “This opportunity and these scholarships have changed the course of my career.” With his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis and his experience in sports medicine, he aims to make a career as an adaptive sports physical therapist after he graduates, helping injured veterans remain active and live their lives to the fullest. “Regis doesn’t just help with your career,” he said. “It sets you up for the rest of your life. And it all happens because of Regis donors.” Your support impacts students each day and helps create leaders in service of others who impact their communities and the world.
