Regis University’s Loveland Campus was honored with the Small Business of the Month award by the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce.

“Being recognized as the Small Business of the Month by the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce certainly brings with it wonderful and positive publicity for our campus, for the College for Professional Studies (CPS) and for Regis University,” said Jo Ann S. Honey, director of the Regis University Loveland Campus. “This award recognizes our efforts to be involved in our community and means we have remained visible and competitive in higher education in the Northern Colorado region. We are very proud of this award.”

The honor also included a free reception, a recognition plaque and a photo which will be placed on the Chamber’s Red Carpet Facebook page.

The Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, Red Carpet Ambassador Committee and the Chamber Board of Directors selected the Regis University Loveland campus based on the length of Chamber membership and community involvement as a business.  Regis University was one of 12 nominees selected from more than 150 members to receive the honor.

The Loveland campus occupies 12,382 square feet on two floors at Foxtrail Office Condos and serves 2,500 to 3,000 students annually.  CPS, one of three colleges at Regis University and a national leader in adult education, operates the Loveland Campus.  CPS offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees designed for busy adults in business, computer sciences, counseling, education, humanities and more.
