Vote for Regis as best outdoor school in the region

May 13, 2015

DENVER – Regis University faculty, staff, students, alumni and fans can vote for Regis as the Rocky Mountain and Southwest region’s best outdoor school via a new Elevation Outdoors Magazine contest.

The Boulder-based publication is hosting a 32-school “Bracket Brawl Top Adventure College Tournament,” with schools facing off in a head-to-head competition for the next several weeks. Regis faces off first with the University of Nevada, and the votes are close.

With world-class skiing, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and countless other outdoor pursuits just outside our door, Regis draws students with a thirst for adventure. Our own Outdoor Adventure Program hosts numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation each month, and our campus itself is an arboretum, drawing enthusiasts from across the state.

The 32 schools within the bracket were selected for their outdoor clubs, commitment to outdoor recreation and opportunities for adventure nearby.

Cast your vote for Regis now.
