9Health Fair returns Saturday

April 08, 2016

The 9Health Fair – Colorado’s largest nonprofit, volunteer-driven health fair – is set to return to Regis University for its 13th year on Saturday.

The fair offers free and low-cost health screenings to the community. Those 18 and older are encouraged to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to make their health a priority.

This year’s fair runs from 7 a.m. to noon in Peter Claver Hall on Regis’ North Denver Campus located at 3333 Regis Blvd.

The fair features interactive health education exhibits, opportunities to get referrals and more than two dozen free or low-cost screenings.

Those include:

  • Heart Health (Blood Pressure/Pulse Oximetry/Metabolic Syndrome Screening/Cardiac Risk Assessment)
  • Skin Screening
  • Stress Management Screening
  • Nutrition Screening
  • Lung Function Screening
  • Bone Health (Osteoporosis Screening)
  • Breast Screening/Mobile Mammography
  • Pap Smear Screening
  • Foot Screening
  • Vision Screening
