In Denver, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. A great outdoor-oriented culture with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Theatre and performing arts. Selfishly, we hope you already scheduled your visit to Regis University (it’s never too late to plan your visit!). Located 10 minutes from downtown Denver, our community and culture is intertwined with the city. Regis is a nationally-recognized university that prepares students to advance their careers and impact the world around them.

  1. The U.S. Mint

  3. 16th Street Mall

    16 Street, 16 minute from Regis

    16th Street has a mile-long outdoor mall that’s filled with restaurants, shopping and nightlife venues. There’s a free shuttle bus that will take you from one end of the street to the other.   4. Denver Museum of Nature & Science

    2001 Colorado Blvd., 14 minute drive from Regis

  5. Coors Field

    2100 Blake Street, 7 minute drive from Regis

    Check out an urban food market that occupies a former 1880‘s brick foundry.   10. Denver Art Museum & Clyfford Still Museum

    The Denver Art Museum is the largest museum of its kind between Kansas City and the West Coast. It’s located on the same property as the Clyfford Still Museum that honors the work of Abstract Expressionist artist Clyfford Still.   11. Denver Botanic Gardens

  12. Casa Bonita

    6715 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, 17 minute drive from Regis

    At one point, Casa Bonita was billed the largest Mexican restaurant in the world. It seats over 1,000 people at a time and has live entertainment with an arcade, trouble-making gorillas and cliff divers.   13. Antiques Row on South Broadway

    1710 South Broadway, 18 minute drive from Regis

    Nearly 100 antique stores packed into 18 blocks, Antiques Row is one of the largest concentrations in the U.S. Some stores have been open since the 1960’s and the area offers a bit of something for everyone.   14. Cherry Creek Bike Trail

    Confluence Park, 2250 15th Street, 12 minute drive from Regis

    A 40-mile paved bike trail that begins near the Platte River Trail. Get on your bike and pedal past shopping districts, a stretch of historic buildings and recreation areas that offer camping, swimming and horseback riding. Don’t have a bike?
