Degree Overview

Equipping leaders for integrated approaches to lasting development solutions.

The Development Practice (DP) Graduate Certificate equips students from around the world to become an integral part of the dynamic discourse on how to grow more holistic and sustainable solutions to national and global development challenges. The certificate’s applied curriculum is community-based, integrated, embedded in partnerships, and reciprocal in instruction and field opportunities. By engaging in the Development Practice, a student’s disciplinary knowledge is augmented with holistic development perspectives from local, national, and global participants.

This eight-month program includes four online core courses and an applied practicum. Courses span eight weeks each, on Monday night from 6-9:45PM.
