Admitted Student Enrollment Checklists

Congratulations! You have been accepted to Regis University and we are so excited to have you join our community of difference-makers, game-changers and leaders. To make sure you don't lose momentum, we've created a handy checklist to keep you moving through the enrollment process. And don't forget to pat yourself on the back for all the progress you've made so far!

You have a success team comprising of your admissions counselor, your new student coach and your academic success coach. We all work together to ensure you are set up for success at Regis! Your admissions counselor and new student coach are here to guide you through the initial steps in starting this journey with us. You can also download a printable version of this checklist.

*If you have been admitted to a health care, development practice, environmental biology or biomedical sciences program, please scroll down as there are specific steps required for your area of study.

Step 1: Get us those transcripts!
If you still need to submit your official transcripts, do not delay! Official transcripts are needed prior to meeting with your academic success coach. Electronic transcripts may be sent to sendtranscripttoRU@regis.edu, or mailed to the Office of Admissions 3333 Regis Blvd, Mail Code A-12, Denver, CO 80221. If all of your transcripts have been received, you can skip to Step 2!

Step 2: Set Yourself up for Success
To help you prepare for your journey with us, you will be enrolled in an online and on-demand New Student Orientation module. Your new student coach will coordinate your enrollment into this required orientation module, which introduces the Learning Management System, student support resource, and important how-to’s for registration, accessing your student account and financial aid. You should complete orientation before connecting with your academic success coach and starting your first class. Go to worldclass.regis.edu and look for the Student Orientation course on your homepage.
You will also need to sign up for and attend one of our upcoming Systems and Success Webinars. During this webinar, a new student coach will walk you through the usage of the various systems you will use throughout your time at Regis.

Step 3: Activate your RegisNET account
To register for classes, access your schedule and course syllabi, make payments and more, you will need to activate your RegisNet account and Regis email address. This will become your username and password for all things Regis, so it is important to get set up as soon as possible.

Step 4: Register for Classes
Do not delay, as classes can fill up quickly. We recommend getting this done as soon as you are eligible to register. Your admissions counselor will help you register for your first term. To register for future terms, log in to WebAdvisorand select Search and Register for Sections.

Questions about which classes to take in your first term? Your admissions counselor can help you figure out what fits best with your schedule and degree plan.

Step 5: Plan your Tuition Payments
To ensure your education is uninterrupted, it is important to come up with a financial plan that accommodates paying for your education and your life at the same time.

Visit Student Accountsto review information on the cost of attendance, tuition due dates, sponsored billing and all available payment options. If you are applying for federal financial aid, make sure you complete the Financial Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). List Regis University (Federal Code 001363) in the school section.

Step 6: Grab your Books
Once you have registered for classes and your financial aid is confirmed, log in to WebAdvisor to see your course schedule. From there, you can use the Buy Books link to purchase or rent paperback and digital texts.

Textbook requirements are posted a few weeks before each class begins. We recommend getting your books 2-3 weeks before the start of the term. Waiting on financial aid? Submit the Student Book Voucher found under Student Forms on WebAdvisor.

Step 7: Log in to WorldClass
WorldClass is the learning management system (LMS) at Regis, and is used by both online and on-campus students for things like submitting assignments, communicating with faculty, accessing course syllabi and checking your grades.

Information pertaining to your first class will be available on WorldClass beginning the Friday before the start of the term. Be sure to visit worldclass.regis.edu to log in and get familiar with the system.

Step 8: Friend and Follow
This is a great way to connect with new friends, classmates and colleagues and build a support network as you begin your time at Regis. Check us out on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

Step 9: Treat Yourself
We are so excited for you to start on this journey at Regis. Before school starts, take a moment to relax and reward yourself. It is a great way to start the term with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
