Housing contracts are binding for the academic year. Students wishing to cancel their housing contract according to the schedules above must submit a housing cancellation form to the Office of Residence Life no less than two weeks before their expected move-out date.

Housing contracts are binding for the academic year, students wishing to cancel their housing contract will be refunded housing fees according to the attached schedule.
Room Change/Single Request
Room changes and electing to have a single room will only be allocated on a space-available basis. The below contract is still a REQUEST. The Office of Residence Life will try to honor this contract, but may need to cancel for various housing, sometimes unforeseen, constraints.

Overnight Consent Form
You may request to have a guest stay with you in the residence halls if that guest meets the requirements (in accordance with the guidelines in the Student Handbook). . This form is to be completed, printed, and submitted to either your Assistant Residence Life Coordinator (ARLC) or Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) at least 2 hours (on a business day) PRIOR TO the requested date. All of your roommates/housemates/suitemates must sign and consent to having a guest stay in their room/suite/town home/apartment. It is important to remember that you are responsible for always being with your guest and for assuming any judicial responsibility for any violations of the Code of Conduct.
