Preparing for Future Generations
Collaborating with Bon Appetit, our food service provider, RUSGA is working toward reducing the amount of organic matter that ends up in the local landfill. Compostable materials are redirected in the Main Café and items and excess food is taken to a local farm co-op for composting.
