With the Regis Bachelor of Applied Science, you’ll develop the management, leadership, critical thinking, writing and communication skills necessary to broaden your career horizons. Designed specifically for community college students to transfer credits seamlessly from their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) major, we offer a generous transfer policy to help you maintain your academic momentum. After all, we believe in giving credit where it’s due.

In addition to the core curriculum, we offer specializations in interdisciplinary studies, homeland security, management and software development to help you further refine your skills. Career paths available to B.A.S. degree holders are diverse — our graduates have gone on to successful careers in computing and IT, addiction studies, hospitality, criminal justice, emergency management, fire science and much more.

Core and Foundational Studies

Core and foundational courses study subjects such as oral and written communication, English composition, humanities, and social and natural sciences. Credits earned as part of an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in an approved area of study may be counted toward the Regis foundational course requirement.

Upper Division Requirements

Students complete 12 credit hours of upper-division requirements in areas of leadership skills, ethics and cultural awareness, emotional intelligence and decision making.

Students choose one area of specialization in which to focus their studies. Regis offers specializations in Interdisciplinary Studies, Homeland Security, Management and Software Development.

Total program credits: 120 (credits taken at Regis University will vary based on your number of transfer credits)
