  • Next Steps
  • FAQs

Step 1: Review your Offer of Admission

Read your Offer of Admission carefully. Any conditions noted in your Offer of Admission must be successfully met as detailed. Failure to satisfy the conditions of your acceptance will result in a reversal of the decision. Please keep the Rueckert-Hartman College of Health Professions Office of Admissions informed of any changes to your academic history, current registration, or contact information promptly.

If you are completing outstanding course requirements, be sure to have official copies of transcripts showing final grades sent to the following address:
Regis University
3333 Regis Blvd. A-8
Denver, CO 80221

Step 2: Submit Your Enrollment Deposit by the noted deadline

Once you receive your Offer of Admission letter, be sure to confirm your place in our program by submitting the applicable deposit or enrollment confirmation.

For programs that require a deposit, you must confirm your plans for enrollment with a non-refundable deposit by the due date. The deposit will be applied directly toward your tuition. If we do not receive your deposit by the due date, we will assume that you wish to forfeit your acceptance. If you are declining your offer of admission, please contact the Office of Admissions at 303.458.4344 or via email at healthcare@regis.edu.

Check: Send your enrollment deposit to:
RHCHP Office of Admissions & Student Operations, Mail Code G-9
3333 Regis Boulevard
Denver, CO 80221-1099

Credit Card: Log into our Academic Deposit page and follow the pay online instructions. To make your payment by phone using a credit card, please call 303.458.4344.

Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid, please visit www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. List Regis University, Federal Code 001363, in the school section of the application.

Step 4: Set up your Regis University email account, known as RegisNET

Your admission counselor will be sending you via email your Regis ID number. Be sure to keep this number for future reference. We will provide you with instructions to set up your RegisNET email account. This is important. Your RegisNET account establishes your username and password for all online University systems.

Step 5: New Student Resource Website

All students, whether online or campus-based, will have access to a new student resource website. Your counselor will send you an email with a link to this website once you have access. This site will give you details on requirements specific to your program which may include background checks, drug screens, immunization requirements, CPR requirements, physicals and other necessities for your specific program. You should review this site carefully, paying special attention to deadlines.

Still have questions?  It is our pleasure to help you achieve your educational goals and we are here to answer any and all questions.  Call us at 303.458.4344 or email healthcare@regis.edu.

For students attending classes on CAMPUS

For many of you, you will be moving from near and far to live closer to campus. Regis University is perfectly situated to enjoy all the activities of downtown Denver, and the abundant activities that nature provides in beautiful Colorado. How lucky are we!

Where should I Live?

Regis University is located in North West Denver. The following suburbs are relatively close to campus: Arvada, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, Thornton, Golden, and Broomfield.

Within the Denver city limits there are a number of areas located relatively close to campus. Areas in North West Denver, near campus, are known as the Highlands (not Highlands Ranch which is a southern suburb), Berkeley, Sunnyside, Tennyson. Other Denver neighborhoods include Washington Park, City Park, Park Hill, Cheesman Park, Governor’s Park and the area near the REI flagship store in Downtown Denver near the Platte River often referred to as LoDo (lower downtown). These neighborhoods are centrally located to keep you near campus (within five to twenty minutes) but also close to the amenities and activities of downtown. Below are a few options for housing in the Denver Metro area.

Map of Apartments - An interactive map of the Denver Metro area with the Regis University Campus and a few of the apartments that have been recommended by current Regis University students. Regis is not affiliated with any of these apartments. If you research an area and would like more information, you are welcome to contact your Admission Counselor.

Campus Housing - Pomponio Village Apartments is an off-campus apartment complex managed by the Residence Life Office at Regis University. This facility is only about a 5 to 10 minute drive from campus, but there are a limited number of apartments. You can find a housing application on the campus housing website. The application is found at the bottom of the page.

Regis Classifieds - Regis University has a classified section of the intranet available only to faculty, staff and students. Routinely, students will post ads for roommates or you may find available rentals or leases in the area near campus.

How can I get connected with my classmates?

You’re probably very excited to meet the folks that will be taking this exciting journey with you. After all, these people will be your future colleagues and lifelong friends. Your admission counselor will provide you with a class Facebook link where you can start making plans. Many students use the Facebook group connection to find roommates.

How and where do I buy my books?

You will have time during your orientation to purchase your textbooks at the bookstore on campus. And they also have lots of great Regis gear to get your Regis Ranger spirit started! Blue and gold are the official colors of Regis University.

For students taking ONLINE courses

For many students this will be their first experience with online learning. You are not alone if you feel a bit anxious about going back to school, and doing it online. Rest assured that we are here to help you get comfortable with this learning environment.

What are the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for my program?

It's a good idea for you to review our system requirements to make sure that your computer has the necessary hardware and software to support your online class. Don’t get overwhelmed by this list. If you need help or advice, please contact our ITS Help Center at 303.458.4050 or at ITS@regis.edu

Learn more about the System Requirements

Will there be an ORIENTATION to online learning?

Yes, we have an online orientation to help you become familiar with our online learning management system (LMS), know as Regis WorldClass. You’ll have access to the online orientation approximately 4 weeks prior to the start of your course and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s time for you to jump into it.

How do I buy my BOOKS?

Regis University's bookstore, operated by Follett, one of the nation's largest textbook providers, offers several options to students for purchasing textbooks. Please note that you must be registered for classes to be able to order books. Because textbooks change frequently, it is important that you order your textbooks no earlier than four weeks prior to the start of class.

You may:
  • Order books online for shipment or in-store pick-up at the Regis University Bookstore. The in-store pick-up option is only available at the Lowell Campus.
  • Rent books through the Rent-a-Text program. Renting textbooks can save students up to 50 percent of their total textbook expenses, and books can be paid for via traditional means or by using financial aid dollars.

Shipping time for online orders is typically 5-7 business days. Your enrollment counselor will provide you with more details on the book order process, via the new student resource page, but for now, know that it’s done online about 4 weeks prior to the start of your class and the books are mailed to you.
