Track Your Progress
Now that you've submitted your admissions application, we know that you are anxious to check its status. Our admissions counselors are available to answer your questions directly via phone or email about the application process, but as an applicant, you also have access to WebAdvisor, our online student portal. Among its other functions, WebAdvisor lets you quickly check the status of your application.
Please follow the instructions below to establish your Web Advisor account.
Note: If you applied via NursingCAS, PharmCAS or PTCAS, please log into those portals to track your application.
Set Up Your WebAdvisor Account
The following instructions walk you through the process of setting up your WebAdvisor account.
- Go to WebAdvisor.
- On the Welcome page, click Applicants in the left column.
- On the Prospective Students - Applicants Menu page, select I'm New to WebAdvisor. On the Prospective Students page, click Next Step. The What's my User ID? page will display.
- On the What's my User ID? page, you'll be required to provide your last name and two of three identification numbers: SSN, Regis ID Number and/or Birth Date.
- Click SUBMIT. This will generate your Login name (aka User ID).
- You will be asked to create a security question answer and account password.
You will want to retain your User ID/Login name, password and security question for future reference.
Using WebAdvisor to check the status of your application at a later date:
- Go to WebAdvisor.
- On the Welcome page, click WebAdvisor Log In, located in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- On the Log In page, enter your User ID and Password and Submit. The Welcome page will again display.
- Select Applicants from the left column menu.
- On the Prospective Students - Applicants Menu page, select My Documents in the Communication section.
