The Regis University Bookstore at the Lowell Campus serves all three schools: Regis College, the College for Professional Studies and the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions. It is the headquarters for both new and used books.  They carry all classes' required textbooks, as well as software and some class supplies such as paper, binders, pens, and some painting and drawing tools.

The Bookstore also carries clothing, gifts, greeting cards, gift books and novels. They have an endless supply of Regis University paraphernalia as well as class rings and graduation announcements.
