DENVER, Dec 3 - Regis University will confer 804 degrees at its 2008 Winter Commencement ceremony, 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, in Hall A of the Colorado Convention Center. Tickets are not required to attend. A reception will follow.

DENVER, Dec 1 - The Regis University Department of Fine and Performing Arts Music Program will give a trio of free concerts this week at Berkeley Community Church, one block west of campus. Chamber ensembles will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2; University and Concert Choirs at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3; and the Guitar Ensemble and soloists at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5.

DR. TOM HOOYMAN REMEMBERED

DENVER, Nov 21 - The Regis University community is mourning the loss of popular professor and colleague Tom Hooyman of the RHCHP Department of Health Care Ethics, who died Thursday, Nov. 20, following a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday. Dr. Hooyman was nationally recognized as an expert in health care ethics and had recently been appointed chairman of the ethics committee to the Centers for Disease Control.
