The Regis Outdoor Adventure Program serves as an outlet for the Regis community;
The Regis Outdoor Adventure Program is an outdoor recreation and experiential learning program offering workshops, personal skill training, professional development, spiritual growth, and experiential activities. The Program’s educational philosophy emphasizes the use of experiential education. The program provides participants with outdoor learning experiences that are processed allowing time for reflection; then they are analyzed and synthesized.
OAP trips accommodate individuals of all levels of outdoor training and include personalized and focused structure for the needs of each group. All OAP sponsored trips are facilitated and/or guided by trained OAP staff. Outings are coordinated by seasonal and destination specific activities. Seasonal outings and clinics include recreation and skill-oriented clinics, guest speakers, presentations, local weekend outings, and extended outings.
For more information or to sign up for a trip call the Office of Student Activities at 303-458-3505 or email OAP.
Here are some pictures from the 2007 Fall Break Trip. This year OAP spent 4 days in Moab, Utah Rock Climbing and Mountain biking.
