We are very pleased to announce that this year's conference will be graced with the presence of Gartner VP Mike Gerrard and Educause Research Fellow Ron Yanosky.
Mike Gerrard has been at Gartner for 9 years and has 39 years of experience in the IT industry, including AVCO Financial Services, Citigroup, and Diners Club.Gerrard has an M.B.A. from the University of Miami in Florida.
Gerrard's recent research at Gartner has included IT Value Propositions Must Link to Business/IT Alignment, Predicts 2007: CIOs and IT Leaders Enter the Decision-Making Discomfort Zone, Best Practices for IT Governance in a Global Organization, As IT and OT Merge, the Role of the Utility CIO Changes, and Toolkit: How to Assess Project Risk.
Dr. Ron Yanosky is an EDUCAUSE Research Fellow who is active in the EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research (ECAR). ECAR was established to produce high quality applied research to support senior decision-makers in higher education.
Before joining EDUCAUSE, Yanosky spent time as a professor at Harvard, and also was a Resaerch Analyst for Gartner's HETS group.
