Student Scholarships, Opportunities, and Careers

Science Scholarships

Regis offers full-tuition scholarships in Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics to prospective freshmen students each year, awarded based on competitive exams administered at Regis in February and previous scholastic record.

Contact the Regis College Admissions Office for more information.

Internships to Explore Careers and Gain Experience

  • The Denver Coroner's Office
  • The Westminster Butterfly Pavillion
  • The Colorado Bureau of Investigation
  • An Orthopedic Surgeon
  • A Naturopathic Physician
  • The Casa de Salud Family Practice Clinic
  • The Colorado Division of Wildlife
  • The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
  • The Children's Hospital of Denver

Contact Regis Biology Department Faculty Members or the Regis College Internship Program Office for detailed information about potential internships in Biology for course credit.

Work-Study Positions

The Freshman Learn and Earn program offers incoming students the opportunity to work in the department, earning money and gaining valuable lab and possibly teaching experience. The department also hires current students for work-study positions.

Contact Chris Cooley, Laboratory Manager in the Biology Department Office if interested in Biology Department work-study positions (303-458-4205, email: ccooley@regis.edu).
