Appointments are also available for students and alumni at the Aurora, DTC, Colorado Springs, Broomfield, Fort Collins, and Longmont campuses.

Richard DelliVeneri, Director
Richard DelliVeneri joined the staff of Career Services in May 2004 as a Career Counselor and has provided career development services to students and alumni from all three of Regis University’s schools. He has also served as an affiliate faculty member of the Division of Business in Regis College. Richard came to Regis University from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he provided career development services to students and alumni for more than two years. His work in career development follows a career of more than 25 years as a lawyer at major banking institutions, the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Thrift Supervision, and the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
Richard received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA. He also earned a Post-Master's Certificate in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University.
April Peterson, Assistant Director / Career Counselor
April Peterson has helped adults and adolescents create successful and meaningful career paths since 1994. She has been a Career Counselor at Regis University since 2000 and an affiliate faculty member in the College for Professional Studies since 2003. Her previous experience includes career counseling and program management in non-profit and university settings. April holds a Master of Arts with honors in Counseling Psychology from CU-Denver. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licenced Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC).
Cyndy Redifer, Senior Career Counselor
Cyndy Redifer has been active in the career development field for over 20 years, having worked in private practice, for non-profits and higher education institutions. She has been at Regis since 1986 when she taught Career Management for CPS adult students as an adjunct faculty. Cyndy worked with CPS Undergraduate adults as a portfolio and academic advisor from 1988 until 1996 when she joined the staff of Regis University Career Services. Her Master's degree is from the University of Denver and her post-master's work in Career Development is from John F. Kennedy University. Cyndy especially enjoys working with adults in transition as they face the challenges of making positive education, career and life choices.
Patty Roberts, Senior Career Counselor
Patty Roberts has worked in career development and student services since 1995 and joined the staff at Regis University in 2005. Her prior career experience was in vocational rehabilitation counseling. Patty holds a Master of Arts in Rehabilitiation Counseling and a Doctorate in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado.
Mary Kay Kernan, Senior Career Counselor
Mary Kay Kernan has over 20 years experience in career counseling and education. She joined the staff at Regis in 2007 working with CPS students and alumni at the DTC and Colorado Springs Campuses. Mary Kay holds a Master of Arts in Human Development from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
Shelle McLean, Senior Career Counselor
Shelle McLean joined Regis Career Services in 2007 after over 20 years experience in career development, personal counseling and higher education instruction. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling from Adam State College and certifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado.
Karen Metzger Adducci, Employer Relations Developer
Karen Metzger joined the staff of Regis University Career Services as the Employer Relations Developer in January 2006. Although new to Career Services, she is not a stranger to Regis University. Karen has been employed at Regis for over 10 years and has been involved in a variety of activities on campus, including Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. She received her Undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Regis and completed her Graduate degree in Management and Organizational Leadership in May 2006.
