Students Called to Active Military Service

If you are called to active military service for a national crisis, follow the instructions below.

College for Professional Studies

Documents Required

A copy of current military orders.
A copy of a Power of Attorney if applicable.

Send these documents to University Services Director at 3333 Regis Boulevard, K-20, Denver, CO 80221. Fax: 303-964-5530.

Class Registration and Grades

You may request the following options for courses you are currently enrolled in.

A grade of incomplete for which you have one year after your release from active duty to complete course work;
Withdrawal from any or all courses. You may retake these courses without charge.
An administrative drop.

Requests should be made through the University Services Director at 303-458-4391. This office will contact instructors and obtain the necessary paperwork.

Financial Aid

Contact Financial Aid at 303-458-4126 to determine your current loan status and the options available to you. Regis will work with you and your lender to effect the best possible solution.

Regis College and Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions

Documents Required

A copy of current military orders.
