How do I change my address and/or phone number?
Fill out the Change of Address form online and fax or mail it in to the address provided on the form. To change only your phone number, please provide your Name, Student ID or Social Security Number, and your old and new phone numbers.
How do I get an enrollment verification?
If a loan or insurance agency is requesting verification, complete their form and then fax or mail it to Enrollment Services. If the company does not have an official form to be filled out, go to Forms on this page and select the Enrollment-Degree Verification Request form.
When is the add/drop period?
To find the add/drop period for your particular class and program, click the Academic Calendars link (at left). Click on your College/Program to find the add/drop dates, registration dates, when classes begin, and tuition due dates.
How can I attain a grade report?
To access your grades, log onto WebAdvisor. If you are looking for grades for particular courses, under the heading Academic Profile select Grades and then select the term and click the Submit button. If you would like to see all your grades, under Academic Profile, select Transcript. You can view your unofficial grade report on this site. If you need an official grade report, click on the link on this page, ”Request an official transcript.” After we receive your Transcript Request Form, we will mail your transcript by the next business day. Final grade reports for Regis College and Traditional Nursing students are mailed approximately 10 days after the end of each semester to your permanent address.
Why can’t I register for class?
There may be a hold or a flag on your account. A hold on your account may be due to the fact that we need updated information on you or because you have a tuition payment due. Please call us at 303-458-4126 or 800-568-8932.
When is commencement?
Commencement dates, times, and locations are posted on the Commencement webpage at www.regis.edu/commencement. All students are required to turn in a completed Graduation Application at least one semester prior to their graduation or commencement. Graduation applications, instructions, and application deadlines can be found at www.regis.edu/graduation. Please keep in mind that graduation and commencement are not the same thing; graduation is the date that you complete all academic requirements for your degree, and commencement is the ceremony that celebrates graduation.
When can I expect my diploma?
Your diploma will be mailed out to you within two weeks after the Office of Academic Records and Registration has received your graduation file (which must include your graduation application) from your school, and all degree requirements have been verified. All financial obligations to the University must be paid. Remember to start the process for graduation early by completing the graduation application. Graduation applications, instructions, and application deadlines can be found at www.regis.edu/graduation.
Where are my classes being held?
To find your classrooms, log onto WebAdvisor and click on My Class Schedule under the Registration menu. You will then be asked to select the term. Pick the term and click submit.
Has my transcript request been received and processed?
Transcript requests are processed within two to three business days upon receipt. If you have not received your transcript within ten days of submitting the Transcript Request Form (which can be found from the Forms link) please call Enrollment Services at 303-458-4126 or 800-568-8932. Please go to the Transcript Request page for more information.
Have my grade(s) been posted?
Grades are posted five business days after the term end date. Please go to WebAdvisor and click on Grades to see your grade posting. If your grade is not posted after five business days of the term end date, that means your instructor has not yet submitted your grade.
Can you verify a student has received a degree?
