About the Campus
Regis University's Colorado Springs Campus is conveniently located in northern Colorado Springs just off of the I-25 corridor. The campus embraces local adult students, including the military population, and enables their educational goals to be successfully reached. It features 21 classrooms with state-of-the-art equipment to support technology needs. There is also a newly renovated student study/lounge area that includes computer workstations, a quiet study room and a prayer room. In 2013, the Military and Veteran Resource Center was opened. The Military and Veteran Resource Center provides a place for veterans to gather for fellowship and camaraderie, receive information from knowledgeable staff about financial aid and counseling, conduct veterans association meetings, provide training for staff and faculty on veteran-related topics, and provide a focal point for military and veterans services on campus.
Additionally, in an ongoing effort to support the needs within its own community, the Colorado Springs Campus opened a counseling center with a focus toward the military community in May 2011. The center provides a confidential, low-cost, supervised setting for advanced counseling students to work with individuals, couples, and families. We offer child and adolescent play therapy and military-specific therapy. Our counseling programs are offered at the Colorado Springs campus in addition to counseling services.
