Continue Your Education Affordably Regis University graduates are invited to continue their education through the Office of Alumni Engagement's audit program. Regis alumni are eligible to take courses on a non-credit, space-available, instructor-approved basis for a set fee. Please review the following information before registering: 1. Alumni with undergraduate degrees can only audit undergraduate courses from the degree program from which they graduated. 2. Alumni with graduate degrees can audit undergraduate and graduate courses from the program from which they graduated. 3. Classroom courses are only available on a non-credit, space-available, instructor-approved basis. 4. Audits are not available for full, closed or waitlisted courses. 5. All alumni audit requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the class start or your request will be denied. *Our Christmas holiday break presents logistical challenges for how the Office of Alumni Engagement processes Semester 8 Week 1 alumni audit requests. Generally, our policy is that alumni audit requests be submitted at least two weeks prior to the class start or the request will be denied. However, the two-week deadline for S8W1 falls on New Year’s Day so we are requiring that alumni submit their by request by Friday, December 14. Register online to audit a class today! Alumni Audit participants must have a degree from Regis University or Loretto Heights College to enroll in the program. Participants may only audit classes from the degree program from which they graduated. How do I find a class? 1. Scroll down to bottom right corner, under Registration, and click on “Search for Sections.” 4. Click the pull-down arrow next to the “Term” box to select desired term, then scroll to bottom of page and click the pull-down arrow next to the “Location” box to select desired campus. 5. Press “Submit.” 6. A list of classes and information will appear. For detail on a given class, double-click on the course title. Use this information to complete your registration form. How do I register for a class? To audit a course, you must submit an online registration form. All payments must be made to Student Services by calling 303.458.4126 or by personal delivery to Enrollment Services located on the fourth floor of Main Hall. Access will not be granted to a class until payment is made. Failure to register through the alumni office listed above may result in a full tuition charge. How much does it cost to audit a class? The class audit fee is $150 for both campus-based and online courses. Refunds are issued only in the event that a course is cancelled by Regis University. When is the registration deadline? The registration form and fee ($150) must be received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the class requested in order to be eligible. The academic calendar can be found here. Online classes are now available for audit to Regis alumni who have completed their degree online. How many classes am I allowed to audit? Alumni may audit one course per term. You may audit as many courses as you wish over your lifetime. Can I request a transcript of an audited class? Transcripts of classes taken through the Alumni Audit Program are not available.
