Regis Proud PAT SCHLANGER, CPS '14 Director of Operations, Physical Plant As an employee of the University for the past 24 years, I have witnessed Regis change in dramatic ways. In addition to working my way up from an entry-level landscape worker to director of operations, my son, my daughter and I all attended Regis. We experienced a sense of community, academic rigor and service opportunities that have all made a difference in shaping our lives over the years. I am proud to have been a part of projects such as a service trip to Pine Ridge, South Dakota, and relief efforts in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and Joplin, Missouri, after a category five tornado devastated the city. My family and I choose to support the University because Regis educates the whole person – it shapes one’s conscience and one’s heart. We believe it is essential for an education in today’s society to shape and prepare students for their own personal quests in life and to manifest the Jesuit mission around the world. In our eyes, Regis makes a difference with its values-centered mission every day. Pat Schlanger is one of the 209 Regis University faculty and staff members who made contributions in the 2014-15 fiscal-year totaling nearly $100,000. THANK YOU, Pat, and every member of the Regis community who gives back to Regis services, programs, scholarships and students each year. As a faculty and staff donor, Pat is Regis Proud.
