Free festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. at Regis' Northwest Denver Campus

November 21, 2017

Regis University invites the community to help kick off the holiday season at its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28.

The free festivities will take place on the University’s Northwest Denver Campus’ Boettcher Commons, 3333 Regis Blvd. For more than 25 years, a nearly 80-foot-tall white fir — one of more than 1,200 trees on the campus — has played the role of Christmas tree. St. Nicholas is planning to attend the family event. Parking will be free.

The Northwest Denver Campus was designated an arboretum 17 years ago and includes the state champion Weeping American Elm.
