Get your Friday started right by joint the Regis University Athletic Department, Student Activities and the Office of Enrollment Management with a watch party for the Regis University women’s lacrosse team. Watch Regis’ Final Four matchup against Adelphi University. The party will be is at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 17. It will take place in Main Hall 333. Breakfast snacks will be provided.

The Regis University women’s lacrosse team continued its storied season, wrapping up its second straight Midwest Regional Championship over the weekend.

Regis, now 20-0 for the first time in program history, beat Colorado Mesa University, 16-14, in the championship game.

Senior Sarah Myres paced the Rangers with a pair of goals and four assists.

Regis now advances to the Final Four of the NCAA Division II Women’s Lacrosse Tournament for the second straight year. Last year, Regis fell in the championship game to top seeded Le Moyne College.

Regis will enter the Final Four as the top seed. The team takes on Adelphi University at 9 a.m. on Friday in Allendale, Michigan. On the other side of the bracket, West Chester plays Queens University.

The championship game is at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 19.
