Degree Overview

General Business embraces the wide field of Business Administration, managing organizations in both the for-profit and the not-for-profit sectors of the economy. It includes everything from starting up a new firm, to managing giant corporations, to running government offices and agencies.

The Anderson College of Business minor in General Business is essential for all business people: management, marketing, finance, business law, and business policy. Regis' strong commitment to ethics, as part of its Jesuit Tradition, teaches traditional students how to apply ethical business decisions to their daily lives.

Program Requirements

Listed below are the degree requirements for completion of the traditional Minor in General Business. Please note that recent course requirement updates might not be listed, and prospective students should contact an Admissions Counselor at 800.944.7667. Current business students, contact your Academic Advisor.

Lower Division Requirements (3 credit hours)
BA 2900 Introduction to Business
Upper Division Requirements (12 credit hours)
12 credit hours of upper division Business Administration courses selected in consultation with the major advisor. CBE 4990 - 4999 internships cannot be used to fulfill minor requirements.
TOTAL MINOR REQUIREMENTS: 15 CREDIT HOURS
