Studying Communication at Regis
The minor in communication at Regis provides foundational understanding of the study of communication (theory and methods) and knowledge in areas such as public, intercultural, interpersonal and organizational communication; performance, advertising, public relations, mass media and cultural studies; video production, and new communication technologies. Our courses integrate rhetorical, critical and applied approaches, and emphasize critical thinking, ethics, leadership and the mission. Our program and degree are designed for students whose academic and professional interests may interdisciplinary or wide-ranging. Com 380, Communication Questions, Contexts and Theory, is required along with four upper-division electives for a total of 15 credits.
