    • There is so much to learn at Regis not only in the classroom but all around us. Take every opportunity, both big and small, to step out of your comfort zone and explore it. There is always an opportunity to learn something!

    • To ask questions and seek a deeper understanding beyond just what you see at the surface. Seeking more embodies the values of “magis” to strive for growth, understanding, and betterment of others.
  • Favorite spot to be on Campus?
    • The walkway right by Main Hall, it gives a beautiful view of the mountains, the student life on the quad, and all of the amazing trees! (Did you know we are an arboretum? Crazy!)
  • Favorite Colorado Spot?
    • At a Red Rocks Amphitheater concert, dancing with friends, overlooking the city and surrounded by the mountains!

    • Anywhere with a view of the mountains—usually the chapel or on the deck of Main Hall!

    • I’m always exploring Colorado and finding new places I love! Right now it’s Chautauqua Park in Boulder.

    • You have the constant ability to change someone’s life for the better, therefore make the most out of every moment. It could be a just a smile that brightens their day and yet that alone made the difference.

    • Take the time to understand what is going on behind the scenes. What has shaped the people around you? What experiences have molded you? Why do you do the things you do?

    • Being outdoors in general, but so far it has been at the summit of any 14’er in Colorado. The view and sense of wonder are phenomenal.

    • I’ve gotten lost in a blizzard. Lesson learned: Check the weather before you go camping.

    • The quad—walking between all the beautiful trees and architecture that covers campus!

    • In the summer, on top of any 14er. In the winter, snowboarding down Keystone on a powder day.

    • It’s not just about what you major in or who your roommate is. Everything you do – from choosing your freshman seminar, to joining a club, to climbing a fourteener – will help you to better define who you are and what you want. So take advantage of every opportunity and take care of yourself along the way!

    • You push yourself to search for a deeper meaning to your education and your life. You challenge yourself to question everything, solve problems in new ways and use your education to make the world a little bit better.
  • What is your favorite Colorado spot?
    • In general, anywhere I can get a good view of the mountains. In particular, Great Sand Dunes National Park in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. If you go, make sure to stop at Zapata Falls too!
  • Fun fact about me?
    • A friend and I once wrote a grant to spend a week in London studying Harry Potter tourism and blogging about it. It might be the best thing I’ve ever done. And in case you’re wondering – I’m a Ravenclaw.
