On-Campus Housing

Living on campus is a growing experience for many college students. Regis University's Housing and Residential Engagement department provides you with the support and resources needed to engage with fellow students and to make the most of living on campus.

About Student Housing

The Student Housing and Residential Engagement department manages four on-campus student housing facilities: the Residence Village, DeSmet Hall, O'Connell Hall and West Hall. It also manages off-campus housing options at Ignatian Village (Small Group Houses) and Boryla Apartments (on King Ave). In doing so, they staff and maintain the buildings as well as assist the residents of the buildings.

During the academic year, each residence hall is overseen by and staffed by one of the three Assistant Directors of Housing & Residential Engagement (professional and senior staff member), a Lead Community Advisor, many Community Development Advisors, Community Assistants, and Peer Ministers. These staff members collaborate in their work to ensure and promote the quality of community life in the hall through educational programming, career development, spiritual guidance, social activities and advising.

Each residential room is fully furnished and all units include internet access. The residential facilities are co-ed by wing, suite, townhome, apartment or floor. All of the residence halls feature free laundry and community lounges with expanded basic cable television.
