So, Regis wasn't originally on my radar, but when I came, I absolutely fell in love with the campus. To me, it just always felt like home. And especially when I interacted with the faculty, they just brought me into the university and the culture on campus. And to me it just felt like a smooth transition from an out-of-state student to easily just go into college. ELIZABETH WOLFE, PSYCHOLOGY, '24

Your residence hall is more than just a place to live; it’s a space where you’ll build lifelong friendships, participate in campus events and create memories that last a lifetime. From study groups to social gatherings, life on campus is all about connection.

Let's Connect

Support and Resources for Campus Living

Living on campus connects students to a supportive, inclusive community where residents, staff and student leaders all play a role in creating a positive living environment. The resources available are designed to help students build relationships, find academic and personal support, and feel a sense of belonging.

Peer Minister (PM)

Live-in Student Spiritual Leader
Peer Ministers (PMs) are student leaders who live in the residence halls and serve as a bridge between University Ministry and the student community. PMs foster inclusive and reflective environments through compassionate listening, faith-based programming, and presence-based ministry. Rooted in Jesuit values, they support students in exploring spirituality and personal meaning while contributing to a safe and welcoming living space. Whether you're seeking guidance, space for reflection, or someone to talk to, your PM is there to walk alongside you through your spiritual and personal journey.

Community Development Assistant (CDA)

Foundational Residential Leader
Community Development Assistants (CDAs) are live-in student leaders dedicated to creating vibrant, inclusive residential communities. They build relationships with residents, lead programming, respond to questions and concerns, and help uphold community standards. CDAs are approachable peers who can support you with navigating college life, getting connected on campus, or participating in events that build a sense of belonging.

Lead Community Development Assistant (Lead CDA)

Mentor and Operations Liaison
Lead CDAs are experienced student leaders who help guide residential communities by mentoring peers, managing hall-level logistics, and assisting with operations and emergency response. They work closely with Assistant Directors to address concerns, improve community standards, and strengthen student engagement. If you're unsure where to go for support, need help resolving a housing issue, or want to connect more deeply with your residential experience, your Lead CDA is a good first stop.

Community Assistant (CA)

Apartment and Town-House Community Connector
Community Assistants (CAs) support students with more independent living options by creating a connection and building a welcoming, respectful living environment. They coordinate community-building activities, provide peer support, and help residents navigate resources beyond traditional residence halls. If you're settling into your space, looking to get involved, or have questions about life in more independent living, your CA is a nearby, friendly resource ready to help.

Assistant Director of Residential Engagement

Professional Staff Leader for Student Life in the Halls
The Assistant Director of Residential Engagement (AD) is a full-time professional staff member who oversees the residential experience across multiple buildings. ADs support student development by supervising student leaders, facilitating training and programming, and responding to complex community needs. They work to ensure that residence halls are safe, welcoming, and grounded in the values of care, inclusion, and support. If you have questions about your residential experience, need help navigating a difficult situation, or want to explore ways to get involved, your AD is here as a resource and advocate for your success.
