Housing rates for undergraduate housing are listed below. All charges are per semester unless otherwise noted. Housing rates are subject to change per academic year. Please reference the Front Porch Housing Portal for specific dates regarding application and documentation deadlines, notification timelines and waitlist information.

Vincent J. Boryla Apartments 2022-2023

Boryla Apartments are billed per unit. Rates for each unit are listed below.

The initial 10-month contract for a unit in the Boryla Apartments runs from August 18, 2022, through May 28, 2023. You will be billed twice, once in the fall (5 months) and once in the spring (5 months)

Summer 2023 On-Campus Housing

On-campus summer housing is available for students who are enrolled for the Fall 2023 term. Students will have their choice to reside in the Residence Village (RV), Ignatian Village or Boryla (priority given to summer nursing students and those with a Fall Boryla assignment). Throughout the summer, there is staff presence in each summer housing site and 24-hour emergency on-call staff support.

The deadline to sign up for summer housing is Sunday, April 14, 2023, at 12 midnight.

  • Student Housing can offer a shared house/unit with 2-4 roommates with single or double rooms.
  • Student Housing will provide support and resources throughout the summer (on-call staff, events and resources).
  • The Summer Housing Term is for the months of June and July. Any additional dates in May or August will be determined based on daily rates and availability of housing.
  • You may stay in your Spring 2022 assignment until your summer rooms are ready.

If you are a Boryla resident during Spring 2022 or Fall 2022 and are looking to add a two-month contract over the summer, your June and July summer rates are as follows:

  • Tier 1 - $2,348
  • Tier 2 - $2,472
  • Tier 3 - $2,596
  • Tier 4 - Single - $2,843
  • Tier 4 - Double - $1,848
  • Boryla Daily Rate - $60

Residency Requirement

First-year and second-year students are required to live on campus unless a Housing Exemption Form is completed and approved by Housing Engagement and Student Life (HESL).
