RegisCARES is Regis University's on-campus physical therapy clinic, open to the Denver community and staffed by licensed physical therapists who also serve as faculty in the School of Rehabilitative and Health Sciences. For our students, the clinic offers a rare opportunity to learn alongside faculty as they treat real patients, building clinical skills in a professional setting before graduation. Our patients receive high-quality care at an affordable price.

The clinic shares space with Student Counseling Services to support integrated, holistic care on campus. The updated facility features five private treatment rooms, an expanded therapeutic exercise area and an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill to support return-to-sport and gait rehabilitation. As RegisCARES continues to grow, its mission remains focused on delivering hands-on education to our students and exceptional, holistic patient care to the Regis community and the surrounding area.

Get Fit with Personal Training

RegisCARES offers one-on-one personal training services with certified personal trainers. Training sessions take place in the Fitness Center in the Coors Life Directions Center on Regis University's Denver campus.

Our personal trainers are current Health and Exercise Science students, Doctor of Physical Therapy students and recent graduates who are passionate about helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals. This model supports both interdisciplinary learning for our students and patient-centered care for our community.

Services provided by our personal trainers include:

Multi-systems fitness assessment
Health and fitness goal identification
Design of tailored exercise and fitness programs
Instruction in how to safely perform exercises

Health and fitness progress monitoring
Adjustment of health and fitness programs in response to changing fitness level
Guidance about nutrition and lifestyle habits

RegisCARES Personal Training Certification Funding helps full-time Regis students cover the cost of earning either the ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which are nationally recognized personal training credentials.
