Graduate Admissions

Applying to our graduate and doctoral programs is simple! Applications for most graduate programs are reviewed on the basis of the online application and transcripts. Some graduate programs, including health care programs, require additional materials such as work experience, test scores or letters of recommendation. Consult your program page for specific requirements, as admission requirements, application processes and deadlines vary by college and degree.

Contact your admissions counselor. We can clarify for you what your degree requires, discuss prior learning credit, financial aid and tuition assistance. We can even recommend programs and classes, or simply help you get started with the application process.

Regis University accepts transfer students and transfer credits in many different ways, however, due to the nature of graduate study many graduate programs limit how many transfer credits may be applied from other institutions.

Of the total semester hours required for any one of the graduate degree programs, no more than 20% of the total semester hours required may include transfer/competency-based course work, or course work included in a previously earned graduate degree, from a transfer institution or from Regis University. Transfer credit is approved by the faculty or academic designee of each graduate program and is not available for all programs. In graduate programs for which transfer credit is permitted, transfer credit is awarded for graduate-level coursework for which a grade of “B-” or better has been earned at other regionally accredited colleges and universities. Only credit completed within the last ten years is eligible for consideration.
