The integrated curriculum for Regis University’s Doctor of Pharmacy degree has been recognized as innovative and groundbreaking. Our curriculum integrates biological, pharmaceutical and clinical sciences so that basic biological and pharmaceutical concepts are discussed in the context of disease management.
Simultaneous to classes, you take part in an experiential component of the curriculum, working directly with patients in a variety of health care settings. Presenting the course curriculum in this manner encourages you to learn course concepts and better understand how biological, pharmaceutical and clinical sciences fit together.
We are one of only two pharmacy schools in the country using Team-Based Learning (TBL) as the primary teaching method and the only pharmacy school combining TBL with an integrated curriculum approach. This mirrors the workplace you will enter and puts you ahead of the competition.
