Tuition Assistance As an active member of the United States Army, you are eligible for Tuition Assistance (TA). Your Army TA benefits are the following: Undergraduate eligible programs: Reduced tuition of $275.00 per credit hour Graduate: 10 percent tuition discount MBA Students: 15 percent tuition discount TA Process at RegisPrinting TA form Listed below are the steps involved in the TA process at Regis University. Complete the Military Preferred Tuition Form and fax to 303.964.5536. Register for classes at Regis. Request TA from the Army. TA is approved by the Army. Print the approved document and forward to Regis University. TAs can be e-mailed as PDF documents to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 303.964.5418. When approved, TA forms are received at Regis and your student account is notated detailing the TA benefits. This prevents any past due charges or registration restrictions. A TA is required for each semester detailing course registration. An approved TA works in lieu of payment; therefore, forms must be received in this office by tuition due date. GoArmyed pays Regis. TA forms received with class start/end dates not matching Regis schedule will be rejected at the time of invoicing. Refer to your college’s academic calendar to find the correct dates. Sign into the GoArmyed portal with your user ID number and password. Click on the TA tab (another window will open up). Click on the view historical TA Request Authorization Form (you will see Regis populate). Select the class by checking the detail case on the left side of the screen and click next. When the TA approval comes up, save it as a PDF document and email it to email@example.com or print it and fax to 303.964.5418.
