Tuition Assistance BenefitsUsingYour Benefits Tuition Assistance Benefits As an active member of the United States Armed Forces, you’re eligible for Tuition Assistance (TA) at Regis. Undergraduate students Flat reduced tuition rate of $275 per credit hour. Who Qualifies? Active duty students working toward an undergraduate degree in the accelerated evening or online format only within the following colleges: College of Contemporary Liberal Studies Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions (BS in Health Care Administration and RN-BSN only) College of Computer and Information Sciences College of Business and Economics Graduate Students Active duty students receive a 10 percent discount on tuition. MBA Students Active duty students receive a 15 percent discount on tuition. Using Your Benefits Follow these instructions to use your TA benefits at Regis. Complete the online Military Preferred Tuition Form and click submit, or fax to 303.964.5536. Register for classes at Regis. Request TA. TA is approved. Print the approved document and forward to Regis University. TAs can be emailed as PDF documents to email@example.com or faxed to 303.964.5418. When approved, TA forms are received at Regis and your student account is notated detailing the TA benefits. This prevents any past due charges or registration restrictions. A TA is required for each semester detailing course registration. An approved TA works in lieu of payment; therefore, forms must be received in this office by tuition due date. The sponsor (i.e. Air Force, Navy, Army, etc.) pays Regis and the student’s account is adjusted appropriately. TA forms received with class start/end dates not matching Regis schedule will be rejected at the time of invoicing. Refer to your college’s academic calendar to find the correct dates.
