Please request a Tuition Assistance (TA) Form from your military branch of service. You will need to attach the TA form to the Military Preferred Tuition Form below. Fill Out Military Preferred Tuition Form Using Your Benefits Follow these instructions to use your TA benefits at Regis. Complete the online Military Preferred Tuition Form and click submit, or fax to 303.964.5536. Register for classes at Regis. Request TA. TA is approved. Print the approved document and forward to Regis University. TAs can be emailed as PDF documents to email@example.com or faxed to 303.964.5418. When approved, TA forms are received at Regis and your student account is notated detailing the TA benefits. This prevents any past due charges or registration restrictions. A TA is required for each semester detailing course registration. An approved TA works in lieu of payment; therefore, forms must be received in this office by tuition due date. The sponsor (i.e. Air Force, Navy, Army, etc.) pays Regis and the student’s account is adjusted appropriately. TA forms received with class start/end dates not matching Regis schedule will be rejected at the time of invoicing. Refer to your college’s academic calendar to find the correct dates. Returned TA Funds If a TA funded student submits a withdrawal, Regis uses the university withdrawal policy, which determines the pro-rated amount of funds returned to the DoD. Action 1: If a student withdrawals due to military service obligation: 1. Student submits withdrawal as outlined under the policy. 2. Student is advised to submit RSA (Registration Status Appeal) along with service obligations documentation. When received and approved, 100% of the TA funds are returned to the DoD. In the event the student fails to submit proper documentation, only the withdrawal pro-rated portion is returned to the DoD. Action 2: All student and third party (DoD, Verizon, etc.) return of unearned funds is determined by the university withdrawal policy.
