Office of the President

A message from the Interim President:

When I was named Interim President effective January 1, 2022, I quickly realized what a breathtaking honor it is to serve the students, faculty, staff, Board of Trustees, alumni, donors, and friends of Regis University. And I remain humbled and grateful to be a part of Regis University’s storied history and certain future. We are an academy. We are a community. We are gritty. We are passionate. We are resilient. Above all, I am most proud that we “walk the walk” and “talk the talk” when it comes to our Regis University mission and Jesuit Catholic values.

We demonstrate cura personalis – or respect for the individual – and cherish and defend the dignity of all. We strive to be better through magis – or a quest for more – in our learning and in the promotion of justice. We believe that the heart, mind and soul are inextricably intertwined. We seek to develop and inspire one another to lead with grace and empathy. We are proud to be men and women for and with others and to take our learning, our mission and our values to make the world a better place – one action and interaction at a time. We seek and listen to those who are marginalized and join hands and voices in unison.

While our main campus is in the vibrant City and County of Denver with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, we welcome learners from across our nation. Our stories and realities are a beautiful diaspora. What unites us is Regis University and our mission and the inestimable value of a Jesuit Catholic education

Thank you for the chance to serve.
