The Information Technology Services (ITS) department provides Regis University students, faculty and staff with technology guidance, training and support.

Regis University Technology Roadmap

Regis University ITS is responsible for maintaining and publishing the Regis University Technology Roadmap (requires login). The rolling three-year roadmap identifies technology projects which are likely to be undertaken by the University. Projects that appear on the roadmap have been submitted from across the Regis community, scored highly against a rubric that measures alignment with the University's strategic priorities, and represent a balance of projects to keep the University's current capabilities strong while developing new capabilities in service to our mission. ITS INsite Page

Many of the services and support resources offered by ITS can be found on INsite, the University's internal community website. You can also use INsite to access your email via Outlook Web Access (OWA), and your personal network drive, known as File Space (H:). You will need your RegisNET credentials to access.

ITS Help Center Online

ITS Help Center Online is your first point of contact for reporting technical issues and submitting support requests to the ITS department. Use ITS Help Center Online to submit, update and view active support incidents and requests. It also contains a searchable knowledge base and frequently asked questions. You will need your RegisNET credentials to access.

Sponsored Account and Colleague Access Forms

To apply for an individual or departmental sponsored email account, or to request new or modified access for Colleague, go to the ITS RegisNET Account Access Request page on INsite and use RegisNET credentials to access.

Technology Training Center

ITS introduces the new Technology Training Center. This space is located in the garden level of Carroll Hall in Room 23. The Technology Training Center offers training for faculty, staff, and students. Topics range from Excel, Lync, Office 365 and OneDrive, iSupport, Zoom and more.

Regis Learns

Online learning platform for all Regis University’s training needs. Training is available for email, Lync, classroom technology, wireless for exam testing, WorldClass, and more. Faculty, students, and staff may access Regis Learns at using RegisNET credentials to access.

Ranger Tech Services

Technical support by students for students. Ranger Techs can fix most problems from viruses and internet connectivity to slow run speeds. Located in Carroll Hall Room 1. We welcome walk-ins as well as scheduled appointments via the ITS Help Center at 303.458.4050. This is a free service. We encourage you to take advantage of this service on campus.
