In recent recitals in Florida and Colorado, she has created original works of art inspired by the musical compositions and has also given pre-performance talks relating compositions to historical art movements. Though passionate about performing late 19th century works, Teodoro-Dier is an avid supporter of emerging composers and enjoys performing contemporary music. She is also a visual artist specializing in abstract works.
